Information about services on this site is general and may change at any time. Technical details, scope, and pricing will be discussed and agreed upon separately through consultation and a service agreement.

PT Digdaya Teknologi Digital strives to present accurate information on this site but does not guarantee it is free of errors or technical interruptions. We are not liable for losses arising from use of information on this site outside the context of a formal agreement.
5. WhatsApp Chatbot & Business Automation Services (Business Clients)
For business clients using DITECH's WhatsApp chatbot and business automation solutions (part of our Innovation Lab service), the scope, engagement terms, and pricing will be set out in a separate service agreement. Clients are responsible for the accuracy of configured automated message content, compliance with Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, and obtaining end-user opt-in consent before sending messages through the chatbot. DITECH is not liable for restrictions or suspension of a client's WhatsApp Business Account caused by the client's own policy violations.
6. Using a DITECH WhatsApp Chatbot (End Users)
If you message a WhatsApp number running a chatbot built by DITECH (whether for DITECH itself or for a DITECH client), your messages may be processed automatically by a system rather than a human. You may request to be connected with a human agent at any time. Data you submit through such conversations is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and WhatsApp/Meta's own platform policies. You may stop receiving messages at any time by replying "STOP" or blocking the number.
7. Changes to terms
We may update these terms & conditions at any time. Changes take effect once published on this page.
8. Governing law
These terms & conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
