1. Data we store
Through Ditech's WhatsApp chatbot service, we store data such as phone numbers, conversation history, and related information submitted by users through our clients' (e.g. schools') WhatsApp Business platform.
2. How to request data deletion
Users (including parents/guardians of students) who wish to delete their personal data from our system can submit a request by: sending an email to info@ditech.co.id with the subject "Data Deletion Request", including the registered WhatsApp number and the name of the related school/client, or contacting us via +62 896-7645-0524.
3. Deletion process
Once the request is verified, the related data will be deleted from our system within a maximum of 30 business days. We will confirm via email once the process is complete.
